The successful applicant will be comfortable working remote and travelling to customer locations, as well as solving electro-mechanical issues on the fly. You will additionally possess the following skills

• Ability to communicate effectively
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
• Ability to work independently. Must be a self-starter
• Strong Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of Electrical Circuits
• Familiar with industrial control systems
• Familiar with Microsoft Software Suite
• Must possess valid driver’s license
• Machining and fabrication experience

• 2 years Experience servicing and maintaining Industrial Machinery
• Experience with CRM software is an asset
• Demonstrated on-the-job problem-solving experience
• Experience working with vision systems including lighting and optics is an asset
• Experience in international business an asset
• Experience in wire and cable industry an asset

• Install and service Taymer equipment at customer locations
• Act as a liaison between the customer and Engineering to ensure all customer needs are documented and met
• Work together with Engineering to assemble, fabricate and service components for Taymer’s machinery in the field
• Regular travel to customer locations in the US
• International travel an option
