Last week at MD&M Minneapolis, we were thrilled to announce our integration with Machine Solutions! Our cutting-edge Braid Inspection System can now be mounted on or within any Steeger braiding machine, revolutionizing the way medical braided products are inspected during production. 

This innovative technology inspects braided materials in real-time as they are being crafted around the mandrel. By automating the inspection process, we eliminate the need for manual checks, significantly reducing scrap and labor hours. This means manufacturers can produce top-of-the-line braided medical devices, like catheters, with enhanced efficiency and quality, identifying any issues early in the process.
