Taymer International Showcases Quality Inspection Machines at MD&M West 2024

MD&M West is approaching, and Taymer is gearing up for the annual medical manufacturing trade fair in Anaheim.

Taymer International is gearing up for the annual medical manufacturing trade fair MD&M West in Anaheim. This year Taymer is planning something special.  At booth #1592 you will have a chance to see the vision quality inspection machines in action. Come see the BX1100 and the SI3100-MED.

The BX1100 is a braid inspector that measures braid density by performing pick counts. It is essential for braided catheters, medical catheters, stents and other braided products that needs quality assurance in automated production.

The SI3100-MED is specifically designed for medical products in the tubing industry. It is equipped with specialized lighting and programming to detect gels, void, bubbles, holes, discolorations and other critical defects. 

In addition to the Taymer booth, there will be two additional SI3100-MED machine at the MD&M West show. The CONAIR booth #4111 and the GIMAC booth #1601 will have their own SI3100-MED on display. Come see how the systems perform surface inspection first hand this February.
